60g herball compress balls, all hand made with natural herbs

2 pieces = 120g

Ingredients:
Pimpinella anisum
Zingiber Officinale
Lavandula Angustifolia
Salvia officinalis

How to use:
Soak herbal compress ball into hot water for 5mins. Can be steamed before use after being placed in hot water. Test herbal ball before placing on skin, can be too hot.

Massage on areas you want to compress. Re damp in hot water if using for a full body massage.
Massage in extra herb water to the area being treated.

Store in cool dry place or in fridge after cooling. Can be reused and last for 1-2 weeks. Do not reuse after molding starts please discard.
