Scoop approx 3 /4 cup of Body Scrub Polish into a bowl and warm in crock pot or hot cabi. Massage briskly over the body in circular motions, starting on back of body from feet up, and always massaging toward the heart. Repeat on front of body. Have client shower thoroughly to remove all polish, or use Vichy shower.
