All sales of spa services, training programs, and products are final. No refunds will be issued once a purchase, booking, or registration has been completed, except in cases where Minévia Spa Inc. is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to circumstances within our control.
We encourage all clients to carefully review service details, ask questions, and ensure full commitment prior to making a purchase or confirming participation.

At Minévia Spa Inc., we are committed to providing the highest quality of service and client care. Please be advised that all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once a service, course, or product has been purchased. This policy applies to all spa treatments, training programs, and retail products offered by Minévia Spa Inc.
Reasons for Our No Refund Policy

Service Completion
Once a spa treatment, course, or session has started, it is considered rendered in part or full and is therefore non-refundable. -
Course Participation
Courses, workshops, and training programs are non-refundable once the participant has accessed course materials or attended any portion of the program. -
Product Sales
All product sales are final. Refunds will only be considered in cases of product defect or quality issues and will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment or course session to avoid penalties. Cancellations made after this window or failure to attend will result in forfeiture of the full service fee. -
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule an appointment or course session without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. If exceptional circumstances prevent you from using your purchased service or course, please contact us directly. Each case will be reviewed individually, but refund exceptions remain at the sole discretion of Minévia Spa Inc.
