Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Minevia Spa! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our services:
1. Booking and Payment

Appointment Booking: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. A credit card may be required to secure an appointment.

Payment: All services are payable at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Gift cards and store credits can be used as payment.

Cancellations and No Shows: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment once without penalty, provided it is done at least 24 hours before your original appointment time.
2. Service Guidelines

Age Restrictions: Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Some services may require parental consent.

Health Considerations: Please inform our staff if you are pregnant, nursing, or have any medical conditions that may affect your treatment. Some treatments may not be suitable for certain health conditions.

Personal Belongings: We recommend that you do not bring valuables to the spa. Minevia Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds are given for completed services. If a service is not performed due to spa error, a full refund or credit will be issued at the discretion of Minevia Spa.
4. Behavior

Respect and Courtesy: We ask all clients to treat our staff and other guests with respect and courtesy. Abusive, rude, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of services without refund.

Alcohol and Drugs: Consumption of alcohol or illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on the premises. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence.
5. Privacy Policy

Photography and Videography: Taking photographs or videos in the spa without prior consent is not allowed.
